Chuck McDaniel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Thanks to the hard work of our agents and employees and their ability to adapt, overcome, and succeed, Farm Bureau Insurance is poised to observe its 75th anniversary in 2022 on the heels of an exceptional 2021.
Among our achievements, we delivered strong sales numbers including a New Record High in both Property/Casualty and Life Sales going back 11 years.
At the same time, we have worked at streamlining several processes and continue to identify additional processes that need improvement to keep our company moving from Good to Better to ultimately the Best company.
We also strengthened our ability to protect what matters most to our customers thanks to informative and engaging training events that helped develop and sharpen our talents.
Finally, we made strides in realizing our vision of being an active corporate citizen by addressing issues facing our communities.
Because of these accomplishments, the company is well-positioned to capitalize on Idaho’s recovering and growing economy.
This year’s performance is a result of clear communication and sound execution of our business goals and strategic initiatives. Remember, these are designed to help us better protect what matters most to our customers while strengthening our financial foundations and enabling profitable growth. Because we executed these plans rigorously, the company’s financial standing has been bolstered.
I’m proud to be a part of this Farm Bureau family. Your optimism for meeting challenges head on is inspiring. Thank you for your hard work, enthusiasm, and support. I look forward to working with you to build a bright Farm Bureau future.
Chuck McDaniel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
