As I have been with the company now for a month plus, I have had the opportunity to meet many of you at Statewide and have enjoyed our conversations immensely. One thing I have learned is we have a great group of people helping to keep Idaho Strong!

 

When I say everyone, I mean everyone – the Agents, your staff, Home Office teams, Leadership group, field staff – everyone is striving to go from Good to Better to being Best!

 

As I now have my legs a little under me, it’s time to start going out and meeting the Agents and their staff along with our field people. I look forward to the meetings, frank conversations and sharing of ideas! Working together – but more importantly, rising together as a team – we will be so much stronger and more successful.

We have some very uncertain times ahead of us, but if we stay focused, together we can help our clients, friends, and family through these uncertain times. Isn’t that why we all got in this business of protecting those we care about and love?

 

We are looking forward to expanding our offerings as Todd alluded to in his Statewide speech and we will! However, change does not happen overnight. But, you have my promise we will always try to give our agents the tools to be successful, which in turn makes our company successful.

I am looking forward to our first of many Agent Advisory Council meetings so we can address your’s and the companies concerns and successes.

 

Please remember we can as a Team be stronger than any individual!

My door is always open. Please use your District Managers to their fullest. They are here to help you, your staff, clients and prospects. They are a tremendous resource for you, our front line.
