I am elated to celebrate and congratulate Kerry Harris as my RFC agent spotlight for March!

 

Kerry and I worked together and wrote a fantastic case for one of his farm/ranch clients. This case earned Kerry over 16K LPC (which he shared was his largest case in his career thus far) and put him as the top Life producer in his district year to date! What an amazing accomplishment- Great work, Kerry!

Kerry and I have worked together several times over the past few years, and he has always been happy to bring in a specialist to get client questions answered and serve their needs. His confidence and professionalism in leaning on others impresses me. I truly believe this only further builds trust and credibility with his clients. These relationships are what allows us to provide protection for what matters most.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN WORKING WITH SARAH?
I have been working with Sarah for several years now, and appreciate her knowledge and wisdom when it comes to helping my clients with their investment and life insurance needs.

WHAT'S IT LIKE TO WORK JOINTLY ON A CASE?

Sarah and I are very different in the way we conduct our business. I am not a detail person and tend to be more laid back when it comes to meetings. Sarah, however, is very detailed and very thorough in the way she conducts meetings and gathers information. I have learned to appreciate her thoroughness and now better understand the necessity of taking the time and giving attention to detail.

 

I have found that by partnering with Sarah, I am more likely to fill the need of my clients than if I try to do it myself. For example, in our last project we ended up writing a plan that was twice the premium I originally expected. All because Sarah took the time to present the best plan first and allow our customer to weigh the options. The most important aspect of this case is how happy my client is to have such a good plan in place for her future.

For the sake of my clients, I will continue to call on Sarah to help me develop the best plans for their situations.

By partnering with Sarah, I have been able to better fill the special needs of my clients and to walk away with the satisfaction of knowing they are better off now because of the plan we were able to put in place. Because Sarah does this every day and keeps up on all the tax laws and legalities of placing certain plans, I can better service the needs of my clients. Even when we are unable to fill a need, our customers are better informed and I am able to build credibility.
