46 Farm Bureau employees (shown in the photo gallery above – with captions – and listed below) reached notable anniversaries in 2020. We congratulate them on reaching these important milestones and thank them for their contributions to Farm Bureau. We are truly fortunate to have the knowledge, skills, and experience these dedicated employees bring to the workplace.

 

Since we were unable to publicly recognize these individuals last year, we ask you now to please join us in congratulating and thanking them. Their dedication is inspiring and deserves celebrating!

 

2020’s notable work anniversaries were:
 

FIVE YEAR ANNIVERSARIES

• Devonee Allen

  • ​Devonee started with us in March of 2015 as a Commercial Coder. She has also worked as the Assistant to the Vice President of Claims, a Subrogation Specialist, and is currently an Office Claims Representative.

• Michelle Ashbrook

  • Michelle started with us in May of 2015 as a CSR in our Kuna office. 

• DeVonne Barron

  • DeVonne started with us in February of 2015 as a Legal Assistant.

• Dinesh Bastakoti

  • ​Dinesh started with us in January of 2015 as a Software Developer. He is now a Software Developer III.

• Breanna Bischoff​

  • Breanna started with us in September of 2015 and is a Senior Accountant in our Accounting department.​

• Wanda Daniel

  • Wanda started with us in August of 2015 and is a CSR in our Alameda office.​

• Dawn Downs

  • Dawn is a CX associate in the Dalton Gardens office. She started with Farm Bureau in November of 2015.​

• Sharon Gregson

  • Sharon started with us in November of 2015 as a Front Desk Receptionist and is now working as a Mail Clerk in the Operations department.​

• Autumn Grubaugh

  • Autumn started with us in February of 2015 and has been a CSR in our Ammon and Burley offices. 

• Tricia Hauser

  • Tricia started with us in June of 2015 as a Personal Lines Coder and is currently working as an Underwriter. 

• Sharika Jonak

  • Sharika started with us in June of 2015 and has been working as a CSR at our Idaho Falls location.

• BJ Lillibridge

  • BJ started with us in November of 2015 as a CSR and is now a Field Office Adjuster for the Claims department.

• TJ Lindauer

  • TJ was hired in February of 2015 as a Computer Operator. ​

• Cindy Roberts

  • Cindy started with Farm Bureau in August of 2015. She is a CSR in the Meridian office.​

• Tina Senn

  • Tina started with us in June of 2015 as a Commercial CSR, and is currently working as a Claims Examiner. 

• Zubair Shah

  • Zubair started with us in June of 2015 as a Business Analyst and is now a Senior Scrum Master in the Project Management Office.​

• Denise Smith

  • Denise has been with Farm Bureau since June of 2015 and has been a CSR in our Driggs office. 

• Jade Sparrow

  • Jade went full time with us in April of 2015 as a CSR in our Belleview office.

• Angela Stefanic

  • Angela has been with us since July of 2015 as a Claims Representative in our Boise Claims office.

• Jamie Sweeten

  • Jamie started with us in June of 2015 as a CSR in our Malad office.​

• Asenath Tubbs

  • Asenath joined us in July of 2015 as a Commercial Underwriter. She became a Special Investigations Unit Investigator in June of 2019.

• Les Warner​

  • Les is a Loan Officer for the Finance Company. He started with us in November of 2015.​

• Steve Westfall

  • Steve started with us in 2015 as an Underwriter and is now a Field Adjuster in the Claims department.​

• Kathy Worthington

  • Kathy​ started with us in August of 2015 as a Commercial Assistant and is now a Data Control Analyst.

• Kristy Yearsley

  • Kristy started with us in October of 2015 and is a Home Office CSR.​

• Wendy Linscheid

  • Wendy began working for Farm Bureau in June of 2010 as a Commercial Proofreader, and is currently an Underwriting Assistant.

• Jennifer Lowrey

  • Jennifer began working for Farm Bureau in April of 2010 as a Commercial Proofreader, and is currently a Policy Support Specialist.

• Ryan Madson

  • Ryan began working for Farm Bureau in May of 2010 as a Collections Officer with our Finance Company. He is currently the Manager in our Caldwell Finance office.

• Brandon Peterson

  • Brandon began working for Farm Bureau in November of 2010 as an Accounting Assistant. His current position is the Director of Accounting.​

 

15 YEAR ANNIVERSARIES

• Lynnea Christensen

  • Lynnea joined us in 2005 and is a CSR in our Idaho Falls office.

• Sandra Moncur

  • Sandra started with us in 2005 and is a CSR in our Butte County office.​

• Brenda Thompson

  • Brenda began working for Farm Bureau in 2005 as a CSR in our Bonner/Ponderay County office.​

• Cindy Barnes

  • Cindy started with us as a mail clerk in October of 2000. She has also been a Claims Examiner, Subrogation Specialist, and is currently a Legal Assistant in our Legal Department. 

• Brett Fuhriman

  • Brett has been with our Finance Company since December of 2000. He is  currently the Director of Finance.

• Lisa Keller

  • Lisa started with us in 2000 and is a CSR in the North Twin Falls office.

• Scott Loveland

  • Scott started with Farm Bureau in 2000 and is our Manager in the Boise Finance office.​

• Cindy Philps

  • Cindy started with Farm Bureau in 2000 and is our CSR in the Challis office.

• Alicia Silva

  • Alicia started in 2000 and is a CSR in our Elmore County office.​

• Lance Smith

  • Lance started in our IT Department in October of 2000.  Lance is currently our Facilities Manager.

 

25 YEAR ANNIVERSARIES

• Shelley Brunson

  • Shelley began work at Farm Bureau in March of 1995 as a File Clerk and Batcher. She is currently an Underwriting Supervisor.​

• Jerry Neil-Andersen

  • Jerry started with Farm Bureau in 1995 as a claim adjuster in our Burley office.

• Paul Schiffman

  • Paul started with Farm Bureau in 1995 as a Claims Adjuster. He is currently a Regional Claims Manager out of our Boise office.

• Jessica Smith

  • Jessica started as an Investment Clerk in 1995 and is currently a Senior Office Claims Representative in the Boise office.

• Brenda Swindle

  • Brenda joined Farm Bureau in November of 1995 as a Cashier. She is currently a Project Owner in our Project Management Office.

  • Maxine started with Farm Bureau in 1980 and is a CSR in our Franklin County office.
