The App Launch Is A Success!

Farm Bureau Insurance’s mantra of providing exceptional customer service by being easy to do business with led to the rapid inception of our mobile app in 2020.
Since its launch just two months ago, customers have downloaded the app 737 times from the Google Play Store and over 1,500 times from the Apple App Store.
“The launch of our app has gone well with over 2,200 downloads already,” says Jennifer Briggs, Customer Experience Manager. “It’s been great hearing from users how it has saved them time, provided liability cards when they needed them on-the-spot, and even provided a smooth and seamless claim filing experience at 2:00 AM! It’s been exciting to be a part of this project, and I’d like to express my appreciation to all who worked hard to make it possible!”
The development of the new app was a collaborative effort between Information Services, the Customer Experience group, the Project Management Office (PMO), Training and Development, and Accounts Receivable.
In its current form, the app allows you to:
• Pay bills
• File a claim
• View and print policy documents
• View and print your auto proof of insurance cards
• Contact your agent
