The Agent Support Desk can help with a wide variety of agents' questions.

The Agent Support Desk (ASD) launched in December, 2016, as a tool to help agents deliver UnMatched customer service.
The ASD was planned with the help of field office employees and agents who determined which features a Home Office agent support system should include.
The most important feature, the group decided, would be a single phone number agents could call to have their questions answered as quickly as possible. This is the primary goal of the ASD and the employees who answer its incoming calls.
WHAT CAN THE AGENT SUPPORT DESK DO FOR YOU?
Specifically, the ASD can help with questions about:

Agent of Record
When the Agent of Record needs to be changed, the ASD can help with the documents and making the changes.

Refer A Friend
The ASD processes your "Refer A Friend" forms and ensures referrals get their gift cards. The ASD also draws quarterly winners, and tracks referrals.

Agent Incorporation
Become incorporated after four years as a Farm Bureau Insurance agent. We will help get the paperwork to the correct individuals for processing.

Bind on Behalf
The ASD can bind policies on behalf of agents in emergency situations.

Copy of Book
The ASD can provide agents with a copy of their book of business.

Quote Access in PC
When the Agent of Record needs to be changed, the ASD can help with the documents and making the changes.

Setting Up Your PA
The ASD will help make sure your PA has the proper login and credentials, and make sure their licensing and paperwork is complete.

Assign Leads
The ASD assigns leads from the public website to nearby agents.

General Questions
If you have a question and aren't sure who to ask, call the ASD. If we can't answer it, we'll find someone who can.
