A great insurance agent, as you might guess from working at an insurance company, is a quick learner with a positive attitude who can communicate effectively. This kind of person also has a deep reservoir of patience and is a pleasure just to be around. You probably know someone who fits the bill. You may have even mentioned to this person that they'd make a great agent. If you have, then you'll want to know all about Farm Bureau Insurance's Career Builders Program.
WHAT IS THE CAREER BUILDERS PROGRAM?
The Career Builders Program, according to Cody Bird, Trainer / Recruiter at the Home Office's Sales department, "is a way for agents and employees to qualify for a cash reward for referring new agents."
If you refer an agent who is appointed for at least one year, you'll receive a $450 check. Checks are awarded during the banquet at the Statewide Annual Agent Awards.
