I am pleased to announce that Chuck McDaniel has joined the company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

 

Chuck has 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. He started his insurance career in 1990 as an agent with the Farm Bureau insurance company in Wisconsin called Rural Mutual Insurance Company. During his 27 years as an agent with Rural Mutual, Chuck was a top performer for the company in all three categories of personal, farm and commercial insurance sales. Chuck implemented a large agency model, leveraging E-Myth training and principles, to establish one of the most productive agencies in Wisconsin. He earned agent of the year honors in 2014 and was a regular qualifier for Rural Mutual’s elite Leaders’ Conference. 

 

In 2018, Chuck accepted the role as District Manager for Rural Mutual and his district subsequently earned District of the Year honors for property/casualty and life insurance production. He qualified for FBL’s All American in each year he was a manager, and was the Super All American manager in 2018.

 

Chuck has a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. He is the father of three adult children and also has three grandchildren.
