In the hyper-connected, always-on world we live in, customers expect to get in touch with us whenever it’s convenient for them. Thanks to Farm Bureau's new app, which launches next month, and the mobile application development team that created it, customers will be able to do just that.

“Our customers expect us to have this type of service solution,” says Todd Argall about the new app, “so their information is readily available to them whenever they need it. We need to provide an exceptional customer experience by being easy to do business with. Our mobile application pushes us down this path and puts us on par with competitors.”
Jennifer Briggs, Customer Experience Manager and a member of the app development team, says she’s “excited for customers to have access to the app, and looking forward to hearing their feedback.” Jennifer’s favorite app feature is the ability for customers to make a credit card payment. “It’s unexpected and animated – and fun!” Future app features, she says, may include the ability to opt-in for paperless document delivery, update contact and mailing information, and the ability to make some policy changes.

While customers will no doubt appreciate all the conveniences of the app, Farm Bureau appreciates all the hard work put in behind the scenes to make the app a reality.

The development of the new app was the result of a collaborative design sprint between Information Services, the Customer Experience group, the Project Management Office (PMO), Training and Development, and Accounts Receivable.
To download the app after it launches next month, go to the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android), search for Farm Bureau Idaho, and install the app.
