As a group, our agents and employees bring a wealth of education, skills, abilities, and talents to the workplace.

 

But each employee also has unique talents, strengths, interests, and passions that they may not have a chance to give voice to at work.

 

That’s why we’re announcing the “Farm Bureau’s Got Talent” online talent competition. We want to recognize the unique skill sets of the individuals who make up the Idaho Farm Bureau family and its culture.

 

Don’t be shy! This is your time to shine. You have official permission to be yourself.*

CONTEST INFORMATION, RULES AND GUIDELINES

 

THE CATEGORIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Gardening/Agriculture/Horticulture

• Impersonations

• Juggling

• Lip Sync

• Live Instrumental

• Magic

• Painting

• Photography

• Public Speaking

• Sculpting

• Sewing

• Shooting Sports

• Skits/Theater

• Sports-related

• Videography

• Visual Arts

• Vocal/Singing

• Writing

• Other talent not applicable to any of the other categories

 

WHO CAN ENTER

The contest is open to all Idaho Farm Bureau Insurance and Federation employees and agents.

 

TO SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY(IES)

Please send your high-quality PDF, JPG, PNG, or audio/video file of your talent to mmyers@idfbins.com.

 

Entries will be reviewed by a Farm Bureau’s Got Talent team of judges and, if approved, appear in the Coverage issue following your submission.

Enter as many times/talents as you’d like.

 

CONTEST PERIOD AND PRIZES

The contest begins November 1, 2020, and ends November 1, 2021. Entries must be received by 5:00 PM November 1, 2021.

First, Second, and Third place prizes will be selected by the Farm Bureau’s Got Talent team of judges and announced in the December 2021 issue of Coverage.

​

• First Prize: $100 Amazon Gift Card

• Second Prize: $50 Amazon Gift Card

• Third Prize: $25 Amazon Gift Card

 

NOTE: Due to a change in the Coverage publication schedule, the announcement of winners will be delayed. Look for more information about winners early in 2022.
