FLY AWAY CONTESTS FOR LEAD GENERATION

Customers and non-customers can enter to win a Fly Away trip for two to watch the Bengals, Broncos, or Vandals play an away game. The prize packages include airfare, hotel accommodations, tickets to the game, and ground transportation.

This year's Fly Away contest destinations and dates are:

• ISU Bengals 

  • Moscow, Idaho, to see the Bengals take on the University of Idaho Vandals on Saturday, October 19.

• BSU Broncos 

  • Las Vegas, Nevada, to see the Broncos take on the University of Nevada Las Vegas Rebels on Saturday, October 5.

• U of I Vandals 

  • Flagstaff, Arizona, to see the Vandals take on the Northern Arizona University Lumberjacks on Saturday, November 23.

The contests' online entry forms allow us to collect data from fans while also generating agent leads.

HOW FLY AWAY LEADS ARE DISTRIBUTED

• Entries from non-customers will be routed by the Sales department to agents based on the prospect’s Zip Code.

• Entries from current Farm Bureau customers will be routed by the Sales department to the entrant’s current agent.

  • Entrants may already be Farm Bureau customers but could select an option on the entry form requesting information about a product they don’t currently have with us. For example, a customer with auto insurance may request on the form to be contacted about home insurance. The Sales department will verify the entrant does not have the product they’re requesting to be contacted about before forwarding any leads. If the entrant is a customer and already has the product, the lead will not be forwarded.

HOW FARM BUREAU MEMBERS GET THEIR FREE TICKETS

To receive two free tickets to Bengals, Broncos, and Vandals home football games, Farm Bureau members simply show their proof of membership (a current Farm Bureau membership card or current auto liability slip) at the team's ticket office.

GENERAL RESTRICTIONS FOR ALL SCHOOLS' TICKETS

• Two free tickets per person per regular season home game.

• All tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and only while supplies last.

• Customer are encouraged to pick up tickets on a game-by-game basis.

• Each school has slightly different requirements for picking up tickets. These requirements are:

 

IDAHO STATE UNIVERSITY RESTRICTIONS

• 600 home game tickets are available.

• These will be given away on game day at the ticket office window designated "Farm Bureau/Will Call." After showing proof of membership, customers will need to sign to receive their tickets.

• In order to have tickets available throughout the season, we are limiting the number of tickets available per game. The number of tickets for each game is TBD and will be based on the opponent / expected turnout for each game.

 

BOISE STATE UNIVERSITY RESTRICTIONS

• 275 home game tickets are available.

• These tickets will be available to redeem at the ticket office anytime during game week prior to the game, but not on game day. Tickets become available the Monday of that week's game.

• In order to have tickets available throughout the season, we are limiting the number of tickets available per game. The number of tickets available to each game are:

  • Marshall: Friday, September 6, 50 tickets​

  • Portland State: Saturday, September 14, 45 tickets

  • Air Force: Friday, September 20, 45 tickets

  • Hawaii: Saturday, October 12, 40 tickets

  • Wyoming:  Saturday, November 9, 55 tickets

  • New Mexico: Saturday, November 16, 40 tickets

 

UNIVERSITY OF IDAHO RESTRICTIONS

• 500 home game tickets are available.

• These tickets can be picked up at the Vandals ticket office during the week of the game. On game day, tickets can be picked up at the outdoor ticket booth.

• Live Fly Away Winner Drawings

  • Agents may have the opportunity to draw the Fly Away winners at a game.

  • The Fly Aways and free member benefit tickets will be promoted on Facebook, Google AdWords, the public website, through email campaigns, at the stadiums, on the schools’ social media sites, and with posters at the field offices (coming soon).
