Jocelyn Cardona, Investment Clerk for Idaho Farm Bureau Financial Services, is retiring on September 30 after 19 years of dedicated service.

COMMENTS FROM JOCELYN'S COWORKERS

Jocelyn has been a great friend since I started in the Home Office. But even back in my CSR days, I could always count on her whenever I called.

It is weird to imagine Farm Bureau Finance without her. I will miss walking at break and visiting about each others' families or just stopping to catch up.

I hope the best for you and your family as you take on this new chapter in Arizona. Hope you don’t forget us, and that you reach out when you are in town for lunch visits. Miss you lots already. Congrats lady, you deserve it!

It has been my privilege to work with Jocelyn for most of her 19 years at Farm Bureau. Over this time I have come to revere her as a dear friend and as someone with a huge heart. She is someone who loves her family above all else, and has sacrificed so much for them. I will miss the updates on her children and grandchildren, even though I haven’t met most of them, I feel like I know them all!

Jocelyn has taught me the importance of having a strong work ethic and willingness to jump in and help to get the job done.

She will be missed by many of our clients with whom she has formed relationships with over the last 17 years that she has worked in Finance. She has a knack for working with them regarding their investments with the Finance Company, and they trust her emphatically. I have loved observing her interactions with these clients over the years.

One thing that I wont miss after Jocelyn retires, are her jokes about how she could just retire at any time.

Although I will miss working with her each day, I am sincerely happy for her and her husband to be able to retire on their terms, with great health and many of adventures in front of them.

Almost as long as I can remember, Jocelyn has been part of our Farm Bureau family. I think our clients would call just to talk with her.

Change is constant around here but she has been part of what makes Farm Bureau Finance amazing over the years. She has been an integral part of our journey.

Jocelyn - Rachel and I love you and wish you and Mike the best of everything in your next adventures.

When I started in Finance in 2017, Jocelyn sat with me on many occasions to teach me the basics. Every time I had a question she was right there to help and still is. She took the time to make sure I understood my tasks and also made sure I knew when I made a mistake so that I didn’t repeat it. She helped shape me into the employee I am today.

I will miss her knowledge here in the office. She knows the ins and outs of the department better than anyone. I will also miss our lunch dates! I am so happy for you.

Enjoy the sunshine in Arizona and being able to be with your kids!
