Karen has worked tirelessly to serve her customers for over 20 years. We’re grateful for the positive impact her devotion and dedication have made to her clients and our company.

Seventeen years ago, I was given the opportunity to become the Lost River's CSR and work with the awesome husband and wife team of Karen and Chris Richardson. They soon became my besties.

 

They have always been there for me, professionally and personally. To my dismay they soon will retire. 

 

I will truly miss them. They always made coming to work fun. Karen and Chris really care about their customers and always work hard to do what is best for them. 

 

I’m going to miss our – what we liked to call – ciphering out the problem. The Arco office isn’t going to be the same without them.

 

I wish them the best in their retirement and all their new adventures.
